No true but some you could go by like the not eating after 730 or 8 have a cut off date. And hes right with grabbing what you want to eat and shut the fridge door :)

Oh I am only mentioned that cause that is what my Boyfriends Grandma said that Dr Oz said on his show one day so I dont know. He is usually right with his medical finds and etc right? It might be a guideline for some I think.

I say at the belly button and I heard for what your wasit size is it should be half your helght in inches. So I am 5'0 59 inches and half of that is 30 inches so I have 38 inch waist so I should loose 8 inches.

I am in with this challenge and will do it :) I will use my pedometer also to count my steps as I want to do 10000 steps a day. I think these are all good ideas eat before you go and also I say drink water before you go to parties to fill yourself up. And look at what your choices are and see what you can have and what the healhiest is to have if your gonna have anything at the party right?

I eat everything except fgor a lot of fish and quinea and spinach. But am gonna put them into my diet though.

Well do you eat a lot of cheese and drink a lot of milk? They have choelsterol in them also well some of them. And processed meats do also. And eggs do also. When you track your food on here you can see how much cholesterol you had for a day so then go back and find out what foods are high in cholesterol and then cut them…

Dark Choloate and Chocolate Covered Cherries and anything pumpkin or cinnimon. I love Cinnimon Crunchies :) But gonna do my best to not have any this year or just a little enough to not hurt.
