I go walking in the mornings and in order to feel energized I needa eat a little something so I'll have some fruit or something small then when Im done on my walk i'll eat a bigger breakfast! :smile:

See I think that may be why I stopped losing weight because my body is used to doing 30DS and Ive heard that once your body gets used to it you stop losing. I am also walking while doing Shred, and am still not losing much. Maybe gaining muscle?

I've heard that you divide your weight by 2 and then divide that number by 8(because there is 8 oz. in a glass of water) and then the number you have left is how many glasses you should drink a day. Example Weight= 180 180 divided by 2 is 90 90 divided by 8= 11.25 So thats approximetley 11 or 12 glasses of water a day.

I have lost 35 pounds and mine got bigger!! The band size got smaller around, but my actual cup size went up.

I just started 30DS 4 days ago and I have been in a little bit of pain as well in my calf area. However I have been walking 4 times a week as well so that could be part of it. I say if its too bad take a day off and rest it, but if its bareable(like mine is) just try and get through it. Ive seen AMAZING results from 30DS…

I am a 36 H and I was wearing my regular bra because I couldnt find a sports bra that fit or supported them well.
