Thanks so much everyone, I appreciate all the support! I am back on track and hope I can stay on track. I got up this morning and walked for an hour and 10 minutes, it felt good. Also gonna exercise this afternoon. :smile:

Yes there is. You can go to Settings then profile privacy settings and switch it to My friends only. The people who are not your friends can only see your main picture so if you dont want creepy messages switch it to one with clothes on.

I thought when I lost weight that my breasts would get smaller, but in fact they got.... BIGGER!! The only thing that got smaller was the band size. I was a 42DDD now I'm a 38H. I guess its diff. with every woman.

I JUST did 22 minutes of Kettlebells. AND today was suppose to be my "off day" from exercising, but I got motivated LOL.

Thanks for all the ideas! I think i'll expieriment a bit and see whats best for me. Like try eating a banana, or just some water, or just some yogurt. I will most likely end up eating breakfast when I get home from walking(if Im hungry, cuz I saw someone mention they werent that hungry). Thanks again everyone :smile:

A bigger breakfast is better for u, because if you eat a big dinner then go to bed soon after it doesnt digest very well. Actually eating every 3-4 hours is better for your metabolism.

I have the same problem, but I can't even find a sports bra to fit mine. All the sports bras I find are too small or not supportive enough. UGH!!
