If u only eat 1000-1100 a day and burn 1000 or more and dont eat back ur exercise calories u r most likely putting ur body in starvation mode and thats y ur not losing weight, sorry :-/.. Try eating at least 1200 calories a day and eat back at least half of ur exercise calories and see if u have a loss after that..

I totally understand what u r saying.. I tried doing it for the full 30 days and ended up quitting on like day 5 or 6.. My body needed a rest.. Now I just use it to switch up my routines every once in awhile.. Good luck tho CHANDRA!! Uve done it before Im sure u can do it again :happy:

Haha I hear that quite a lot so its ok.. I thought losing weight would make them smaller but the only thing that got smaller was my around size in my bra.. I have a lot of people asking if they r even real and I can confirm they are 100% REAL LOL :laugh:

I usually stay on track eating wise as for exercise I take it easy and rest so I can get better sooner.. I tried exercising once while I was sick and it just made me worse.. Just eat some chicken soup and OJ and rest adn ull feel better in no time.. I hope you get well soon!! :flowerforyou:
