I am down 50 pounds and STILL have a hard time seeing results.. Do u have any before pictures? if so try taking a similar one and then comparing the 2.. That really helped me.. Ur doing great, keep up the good work!! :flowerforyou:

If uve been good all week I say enjoy ur time with ur girlfriends, buts thats just what I would do.. Dont over indulge but just have a good time and not worry bout all the calories ur consuming.. Some times ya gotta let loose :tongue:

I log everything the goes into my mouth.. Even if its a piece of gum or a breath mint.. The other week when I was sick I even logged cough drops cuz they have 15 calories each..

It depends on what u ate.. If u ate fruit then ur overage of sugar should be ok cuz its natural sugars but if u ate say chocolate or something thats not so good..
