I workout Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday and I take Wednesday and Sunday off.. Works for me :-)

I play Just Dance 1 and just log it under dancing general.. I did it for 45 minutes the other day and it said I burned 171 calories..

Since u have injured knees and cant really exercise u could try doing some boxing punches.. It burns calories and gets ur heartrate up.. Just a thought :smile:

Since ur breastfeeding I believe u should be eating more then 1,200(espicially since u burn 500 from doing it)..

Since u just had ur period around Christmas u really wouldnt be due.. It kinda sounds like implantation bleeding to me(I had it with both my kids).. Ur in my prayers tho.. Keep us updated!!

Well I didnt used to.. I was dating for a bit and after meeting a bunch of dumb guys I stopped looking.. Then right when I stopped looking my true love found me..
