•
Have you tried using one with RunKeeper for the droid?
I  my Runkeeper app!!!
• Adding water doesnt add calories. Im pretty sure, like rice & noodles that is the measurement is dry weight.
• I get his weekly news letters! Have not had the extra money to spend on that book yet though! Thats the $40 e-book correct? or is there actually a book out in stores I can purchase? I have been really interested in learning more about his methods! I tried switching my ratios to the 50-30-20 but have a really hard time…
• :flowerforyou: So proud of you lover!!!!!
• I can see a difference ALL OVER! Especially the back view! Those are great results!! Keep up the great work! 30 day shred is a lot easier than P90x! and you will get fantastic results from that too. You should take measurements if you havent already, because sometimes you dont see the results on the scale, but you always…
• Planks definitely! Also, if you are using a home gym or a real gym for strength training, use the lat pull down machine to work your triceps while standing. I recently discovered that this really works your abs as well as triceps. You stand straight up, hold in your stomach, pull the lat bar all the way down so that your…
• I go for a run and then when I get back if I am still hungry I eat back whatever calories I just burned! Most of the time after a run, Im not hungry though! Also, I used to just drink water, lots and lots of water and it would fill me up. Or brush your teeth! I have done that before and I never want to eat right after…
• I wouldnt lump Jillian Michaels dvd's in with a program like P90x! P90x is a whole different ball game! Way more intense with bigger results (because its 90 days of 1hour work outs vs. 30days of 20min workouts) That being said, I have 30day shred, and P90X. 30dshred is a good place to start (i would really like to try…
• I lived in Watertown for 7 years!!!! I miss it!!!!! Welcome! and Thank you for your service!!

I did fall in love with the ab ripper x and memorized all my fav ab moves and I use them a couple times a week. but Its hard for me to see my results. I feel like I am eating better/cleaner. Trying to minimize the amount of processed foods I eat. Im not a Veggie lover,…
• This might be a silly question, but burning 1000 calories in one hour sounds a bit high to me, do you have a HRM so you know that is an accurate burn? It seems most intense cardio sessions will burn about 600calories in an hour, I know its different for every body.. just a thought! If you like nuts, they are an easy way to…
• What type of ab workouts are you doing? Just cardio?? I am desperate to get my tummy toned! Im thinking I need to increase my cardio. Any advice? Oh and I am totally looking forward to the day when I can run in nothing but a sportsbra!! (and shorts of course  ) as far as my Weekly goals I decided to change it up a…
• Just took a look at your link, and read some of the reviews and I would say it sounds perfectly fine! I bet it shows your calories burned, it did say that it showed amount in/below/above target HR zone, so I would think it shows cals burned as well. $35 is a great price, and the chest strap is a must!
• I got mine from Walmart $48. It has a chest strap and I LOVE IT! shows everything, cals burned, minutes spent in target zone, above target zone, below.. etc.. very easy to use and all the research I did before purchasing it lead me to make sure I got one with a chest strap. I HIGHLY recommend the one I got! Best $50 I have…
• Something my 5 year old son said to me a couple weeks ago and its the best NSV ever!!!! I asked him if he wanted mommy to have another baby. his response: "but mommy you cant have any more babies" me: "why not?" him: "because your tummy is too little" I love that kid!!! best compliment anyone could ever give me!
• I completed ALL my goals for today!!!! It is so exciting to actually be doing all the things I used to *want* to do. I can remember before MFP, I would make up all these lists of the type of workout routine I WANTED to do, and NEVER actually stuck to any of them or even made it passed one day. Now I keep a fitness calendar…
• haha this is sooo something I WOULD do!! Next time she says one word, Im going to say it!
• Awww thanks!:flowerforyou: I love that Im not the only one, and I totally agree that the majority of America is over-weight because the majority of america over-eats! I used to over-eat all the time! Then I finally made a change before it got "out of hand" The woman at my sons school is overweight and invites us to McD's…
• Morning! Im here! Glad your move went well!!!! and I love exploring new running/walking trails in neighborhoods near us. Ours is pretty pathetic, and we usually load the kids up and go to nearby bigger subdivisions and walk with them once a week. Last week was my first try at zig-zagging my calories, I did bad with it, my…
• Thanks for the advice! I dont plan on ever going back to my old eating habits! I was miserable and had zero energy! I have been so much happier and I feel a whole lot better inside and out. I could probably live on 100g of carbs. I dont go nuts with it, I just really enjoy breads, oatmeal, yogurt and fruit. I am usually…

• Thank you!!! You know I have been stuck and in serious need of a change, I am just unsure of what it is! Here is a rough draft of my goals for next week to try and break past this plateau: *RUN 1 mile atleast 4 days next week. (I am very new to running, and have had difficulties with headaches so 1mile is a BIG deal for…
• not sure. I dont have the cadio trainer app, but I purchased a $50 HRM that came with a chest strap, and it picks up my HR perfectly. I initially set the watch up to my height, weight, age, gender, etc.. and it calculates my calories burned too. I love it! Can you just take a reading from your HRM and skip the whole cardio…
• It is good to zig-zag your calories! It keeps your body guessing. If you keep taking in the same amount each day, eventually your body will stop giving you results. If you change it up by staggering your calories your body wont "know whats coming next" and you should continue to see results, this also helps if/when you hit…
