I did day 3 of week 3 today, even though I didn't want to do it. It's a tough one, but I know from the last 2 weeks that if I keep going, by Friday and day 5 it will be easier and doable. I'm fearing week 4!

I just started week 2 today. Yikes, just when I was getting used to week 1, she's stepping up the game. Still, I FINALLY am losing weight, 2 lbs this week!!! You go, girl! I did day 5 today and I was able to hold the plank for all 30 seconds, which I could not do on day 1. AND, I'm not as sore. Now lets see how week 2 goes!

I made it through day 2 yesterday. I was very sore from day 1, but it felt better moving and loosening up all my sore muscles, so I just kept going. Today is day 3. Keep it up, everyone!
