I log all my food before eating it helps me to think about it due to health I cant always exercise - so I log it after it is done as to include it and then have to take it out is just too difficult as it signals to me I have not achieved - but by logging it after it shows I have achieved and that is better for me H x

only staying the same for one week might seem bad but I sts for a whole month and I still have over 70lb to go I could have given up but I didnt and was rewarded for my efforts with a 2lb loss this week - so in 5 weeks I have lost 2lb not a lot but what is my other option to give up not a chance as I am doing this for me

if you really cant stick to the food plan at this time set your calories to maintainance and give yourself a week off with no stress then set for your one pound a week loss and go from there

you can get there I have a treat jar in which I have folded bits of paper with treats on new book coffee in town with a magazine new bubble bath flowers new nail varnish new lippy etc for each small target I reach I will pull out one piece of paper and give myself that reward - although I know what they all are I dont know…

cleaning I do daily or weekly I dont add however today I have been decluttering lifting things from high shelves sorting folding putting stuff back and removing other stuff - this I have counted - as its not part of my 'normal' routine
