yes I do and I do retain fluid so often my weight goes up in fact by weighing daily for a couple of months I could see the real pattern of my body and it helped me to not worry on the weeks when weight went up as I knew how long I would be bloated and just when to step on the scales again

I am losing and I cant exercise - I am on 1200 a day

at the moment my cals are set to 1200 to lose 1.2lb a week and I still have 60+lbs to go I do now eat exercise calories as I get nearer to target I will do more exercise (I am due an operation in the new year-so exercise at present is difficult)and not eat them all back and or reduce the number of lbs a week to lose

36 f here and I ONLY buy good bras - from good department stores when they have sales on - there is no mileage in buying cheap the elastic is cheap and the bras lose their supportiveness buy about three good bras in nude colours dont buy too many when on your weight loss journey as they may not fit you for long

it doesnt matter if you keep using your old scale as long as you use the same one for your weigh ins if your scale is out by a few pounds it wont matter as you will stay on your eating plan until you are comfortable in your body
