I'm really not sure - it only makes 4 servings and between me and my husband we usually finish it within a couple of days!

I don't know the sodium but each serving has 16 carbs, 7 fat, 23 protein. Hope that helps.

It's actually 2 teaspoons (79 calories) but that's a good tip to saute in chicken broth - that would take this to under 200 calories per serving. Thanks!

Our pup Dolly walks 4 miles a day with me. She's my motivation and won't leave me alone until she gets her morning walk :)

Maybe you could try doing a completely different exercise to jump start your metabolism? For example if you usually ride a bike at the gym, try rowing instead. Of if you normally walk, do an exercise video for that amount of time. I think changing up the type of exercise would work better than not exercising for a week.
