Anime (or tv shows for that matter) that just...end...with no actual ending. They just stop making the show. I NEED resolution!! And filler episodes.... Motorcycles that weave in and out of traffic on the highway. I have several in my family that are respectful bikers since they know how easy it is to die on those things…

New mother? how new? Did you have the baby last week or last month? Are you breastfeeding? If so, watch out with eating too low, it will affect your supply. Just make sure your keeping your energy levels up for your newborn, its hard work as it is. Congrats!

Could you try something like getting a fitbit? My husband just got me a fitbit charge HR for an early christmas present and I'm already in love with it. I am like you, been over weight my whole life, overweight parents, docs never said anything, someday I'll lose the weight. In my 20s, I actually did and felt great. But…

Me. Started at 248 earlier this year and I'm down to 223. Working my way slowly, mostly because cold season has started and I've been down all this month with colds. Still lost a pound though. Goal weight is 150 unless I change it when i get there.

I usually cook up in the oven a batch of marinated chicken on the weekend. Use any flavor, bbq, italian dressing, terriaki, or just spices etc that you feel like that week. Then I just bring that batch of chicken with me to work with extra fixings. So if I feel like sandwiches...i can make chicken sandwiches, add low cal…

Gardening can also be great exercise. Make a bigger garden and design it to be as year round as possible depending on your climate. You could extend gardening into general yard work and that really burns calories..especially fall clean-up I'm finding out.

meh...im up over my starting weight...but its probably just TOM this week causing it. I'm sure ill be back down next week. SW: 224.5 CW:225.0

2lbs a week isn't slow weight loss, especially with breastfeeding. Watch out how that might effect your supply. I had a lot of trouble dieting when I was breastfeeding. I had to eat at maintenance calories or it really brought my supply down, but I could exercise. Just something to keep an eye on.

I lost a lb but i've been sick for the last couple of weeks so haven't been doing much of anything but laying about. Been slowly getting better this week and did a walk yesterday. Hoping to finally get over this thing in time for the 3 day weekend to at least enjoy it. SW: 224 CW:222

Thanks. Yes I think it will be a soup and tea kind of weekend. For my husband as well, he just informed me he also has the cold, lol.

Have a fan blowing on your during your work out so you don't get so overheated initially?

Today I...have a cold :D lol, but I've been trying to get a hold of some stress eating that I didn't notice was happening until I started really logging my food and went "yikes!!" The stressor (house buying) will be gone by next week and hopefully I can get back to my normal, crazy lives. Hard to exercise with electricians…

I am looking forward to fall yard clean up, we have a good sized yard and the oak trees keep us busy. We are right next to conservation land and they barf all their leaves in our yard. But winter....yikes....after it starts snowing, the only outdoor exercise is shoveling and maybe some sledding on the weekends with my…

Hi, I'm Melissa. I'm 33, working mom of 2, married. I've been on and off this site for years but now I have to lose weight for health reasons. Was recently diagnosed with idiopathic intercranial hypertention. The most worrying complication is going blind. So I have to lose weight to save my vision. It's been going well so…

I'd like to join the nerd party. My hubby and I met at AB and the next year he proposed there. Now happily married for nearly 5 years. We just got done marathoning 175 episodes of Fairytail on animetube over the last month. And we are totally freaking out over the ending of episode 4 from Life is Strange!! Although in…

Also, maybe learn how they like their veggies. I recently discovered my 3 year old will eat almost any veggie raw, but only certain ones if they are cooked. My 2 year old won't eat anything unless it "looks" appetizing, or she sees my 3 year old eating it with gusto. I don't punish them for not eating because they also go…
