Hi, New here. First challenge in a while. I am hoping taking weight loss 1 month at a time will work better for me than the larger, multi-month challenges. I like the team competition format, it may keep me motivated. About me: mom, 35 soon to be 36, married, 2 kids, work full time, not enough time in the day. My weight…

Tired, baseline state. But highly irritated, borderline bitchy even.

I've put my charge 2 in my pocket and got it to pick up my steps. Not sure how accurate it is since I only figured it out last shopping trips. Takes me about an 1.5 hours to do a full shop for the whole family, so I would like them to count.

I lost at first but then stopped. I've been on it for about 3 years now for migraines. It's not the be all end all, and the side effects are a *kitten*. I got really depressed/anxious on the higher doses, foggy brain, I couldn't remember how to string simple sentences together and my memory fell apart. Wouldn't want to use…

If you want to ball your eyes for 2 hours : cries from syria

Torrid and Lane Bryant actually have bralettes now for the bigger boobed. I just wait til they have sales, especially flash sales online that I get emails for, and order that way. Get them way cheaper.

My goal is 150, but I'm fairly broad and large chested, I don't I could get smaller than that. I got down to 170s once and I looked damn good, so I think 150 would be very comfortable for me. Right now I'm 205-207. Can't seem to break away from those numbers.

Slow walkers, especially if they cut right out in front of me and just...crawl.... I've got people to do and places to go!

I needed this thread yesterday. Yesterday I had all these plans to play with my kids outside because it was such a nice day. Then I got a blistering migraine and couldn't do anything. And then when I got home, I had to do laundry and dishes (like no clean spoons in the house level)...except the water coming out of our taps…

Have you had an eye exam recently? Its how they found my IIH. I had blurry/blacking out vision and headaches, nausea on and off. But I thought they were just migraines, since I've had those since a kid. Went for an eye exam and they found my optic nerves swollen/enlarged. Was sent for an MRI and all came back normal. They…

I think I'm secretly turning into my father. Some of his favorites: 1. Oh, you lost a tooth? you know, your baby head will also fall of and you get a grow a new one" (complete with descriptions) We had to ask mom for clarification 2. "hey anyone want to see *insert latest injury here*" He worked a lot with wood,…

I heart this so much! This is my dream, to lose weight enough to cosplay awesomely.

I would like to get back into it again. Mostly use my exercise bike during the week, but aim to get outside at least once a week, probably on weekends. I want to aim for (since I haven't biked in a while...) I'm going to aim for 100 miles for the month :)

I was going to suggest, you have a job now and are making money, why not contribute to the family eating expenses. Or even just do some of your own shopping. And you can still eat what your family is cooking, just make some healthier sides and eat less of the other things. That way its not completely separate meals and who…

Lemonade. Could not drink enough of it. Even better if it was in a icee or slushy form.

Zofran, ginger and crackers didn't work for me either. Unisom and B6 helped but I could only take it at night, it made me too tired during the day. I also took my prenatals at night so I wouldn't get sick on them during the day. I stuck to eating small, plain meals like pasta and chicken, rice, cheerios without milk, any…

Its hump day, whoop whoop!

When they were babies, we just kept giving them a variety of different foods to try, different ways of cutting or cooking the food. Different textures, flavors, colors. The more they are exposed to as babies, the more they will like as toddlers because... When they were toddlers, they both hit various phases of "not going…

Did the same thing, lost about 45lbs (225lbs to 179lbs), then met my husband and boom: kids, full time job, and a house and another 70lbs later... I started at 248 last year and have slowly worked off 40lbs. Mostly through diet because exercising really wasn't consistent over the year/winter. Everyone just kept getting…

I weight sporadically through-out the week and enter it into MFP because then it goes to fitbit then trendweight since I don't have a wifi scale. I have been losing weight slowly so I started using trend weight to make sure I was still on the right track. I always weight only in the mornings, same time to try to get a…

CW:211 Up a bit this week, last week I was at 208, a new low, yay! but TOM week has appeared. Probably won't go down til next week. Was doing really good with my calories for the last 2 weeks, very proud of that, logging every day. And I picked up a bike at a yardsale a couple weeks ago, finally finished fixing it up. Took…

I may do this challenge. I used to ride 10-20 miles treks back in the days of yore (cough, my 20s, cough). I have not ridden since I got married and had kids. But they have just figured out how to ride bikes a few weeks ago, even with training wheels. So I just picked up a bike at a yardsale last weekend, needs to tires…
