I do lots of ab exercises an the ones that give me the fastest results are core workouts, pole dance, planks, hand stands etc . Try to build endurance in your muscles as well as strength, I have been working on my six pack for about two months now, and It is really the diet that makes the most difference.

I my group weight training we do,DAY 1: back, triceps & quads DAY 2: chest , biceps and and hamstrings, then commit the 3rd day to shoulders and abs.

I would work on some planks , abs and some wall hand stands for shoulder strength, and definitely keep up on you flexibility. You will love it, I will I had a class close by.

yea I have thought about pole size, right now i have a 50 mm but I am about to rode a new free standing pole and I may try a thinner one, I am 5'3 and have small hands so that could be the issue, I will try those exercises too, thanks for the info ladies!!!

yea I have gloves, grip aids of all sorts but nothing works great, by body sticks fine but when I am working on strength mods , like pencil, flagpole, iron x, my hands slip so badly, I guess its just practice and hand strength.

most likely you need to increase your body fat %, what is your right now? muscle building would look great on you since you are so lean, I would try building muscle, and if it does not help then you can slowly raise your BF %. Trial and error,

For me it was the best money I ever spent, I could not imagine life without them now. Everyone has their opinion, and I think if you can make a small change like that to fell 100% better about your body image and gain some confidence, then why not it is your life :)

my dogs get to come to work with me three days a week, the other two days they stay in the house alone, if it is a nice day they will stay in the yard, they don't seem to mind. there are three of them so they don't get too bored.

I use my HR monitor and it is not uncomfortable to use while doing pole.

check out body rock tv online, they have body weight and equipment exercises, when I don't have time to make it to the gym I just go on and pick out an exercise set or two. It is high intensity cardio in short intervals, it really kicks my butt!

I will warm up with some ab work or cardio, then put on some music and just jam out, usually I get in about 5 or six sets of each of my tricks, and them at the end I will work on ones I am learning, and then stretch out.

I am working on a knee hold on the right side, the left side I got perfect, but the other side feels awkward and incredibly painful, but it is getting there, Also I have been working towards the chinese flagpole for months now, it is such slow progress.

if it is a chain restaurant then you should be able to search and find the calories, if you are too worried, just watch your breakfast and lunch calories, and then you can afford more calories for dinner.

I do not think it is an issue at all, i enjoy going to clubs with my husband when we travel. It is a fun way to spice up the bedroom life. , for some. It just all comes down to trust. I know my husband would never do anything to hurt me, so he can go to as many clubs as he likes.
