BF % around competition time
Those of your who have competed, what is your average BF % on comp week? I know everyone is different but i am just curious what some are. Mine is quite low not but i don't feel like I would be ready for competition if it was close by.

I am headed to nationals in november and i just wanna know who else is gonna be at the show? I probably won't know anyone , it would be nice to have someone to chat with backstage, or help with prep.

Favorite current song to pole to?
Hey ladies I was wondering, what does everyone like to pole to? My current favorite pole song is "This is what Rock and Roll Looks Like" by Porcelain Black. It is such an energetic bad *kitten* song!! I also just wanted to start a new topic since the group is a bit quiet these last couple weeks!

Grip aids?
What does everyone use for grip aids? I have tried multiple different things and nothing really works all that well, there are some day where my hands just won't stick. any suggestions?

Do you think working out when you are sick makes you better
I am battling cold and my energy level is super low, and My head feels like it is about to explode, but I hate to miss a day of workout. Some people say that exerting yourself makes it worse, while other think that it help your body fight off the virus. What do you guys think? to skip or not to skip ?

I love this program!
Technology is a beautiful thing, when i can logs my calories and exercise into my iPhone. This makes everything so easy! especially with the barcode scanner. Good luck to everyone! It's nice to see so many people trying to better themselves.
