gym does no have to be your only exercise , find something you enjoy that gets you motivated, for me it is pole dancing, but for others it may be boxing, running, walking the dogs, yoga or even any type of dancing. my most useful exercises are not weight lifting but calisthenics or body weight exercises. especially ones that build muscle endurance, like planks, pull ups , handstands.and pushups they have helped me a lot with pole.

yea the cross ankle hold is always a bit scary i started off just doing it from the ground and doing tiny sit ups, that way if i happened to fall i was only about a foot from the ground.

if you are eating clean while you are training for your marathon, your BF% should go down on its own, but if you want to add even more cardio to your days then that will help too. Have you tried running with ankle weights or a weight vest? It helps burn more calories, and is also an incentive not to gain any weigh back lol…

I barely drink cows ilk at all anymore, i have mostly switched to almond, and it tastes better! if I do drink milk it is organic for sure !

well instead of lowering your goal weight why not shoot for a figure goal, and forget about the scale altogether? Now that you have reached your goal weight, concentrate on core strength and toning up, maybe building muscle. you have come a very long way,!! be happy!!!

my protein is always in the red, I eat up to 140 grams per day, but i am trying to build muscle, muscles need protein to grow.
