  • I'm on day 19... Level 2 day 9. It's really great - A fast 20 minute hardcore workout! There are 3 levels. I am doing each level for 10 days, each level has alternative moves for beginners as well as advanced moves. It's very doable (though challenging) no matter what fitness level you are at.   • I'm on day 15 today. The workout is excellent. I feel stronger. It's tough because you have to do it everyday and you will be sore... but it's only a 20 minute workout - so it's undoubtedly doable. Make the commintment and go for it!
  • Sooo didn't feel like doing this today... Just wanted a day off. But glad I sucked it up and did it.... added 45 mins on my elliptical to boot! Good day, struggling with those "V" arm raises.

  • I'm on day 8. You do it everyday. 10 days on level one, 10 days on level two, 10 days on level three. It's designed to kick your butt... However, I'd recommend keeping your other cardio workouts in addition to doing the 30DS. It's only 20 minutes... it's only 30 days. Make the commitment and get it done! Oh, and I count it…

  • Yes be sure to continue your workout on the weekends... afterall, it's only 20 minutes. I'm sure you can find the time... maybe while your husband cooks you dinner or while he's in the shower... ? Find a way to fit it in - you can do it!

  • Day 5 down!! Tomorrow I will add heavier weights to some of the moves. I noticed a difference in my flexibility during the cool down... long lean muscles here I come!!
