  • My Starbucks. I refuse!! I must have my venti soy cafe latte at 220 calories or a venti soy cappucino at 140 calories. Every once in a while I'll cheat on my cafe latte and get my grande soy caramel latte though its a little too high in calories, so its a once in a while thing.

  • I like hummus with cucumbers and bellpeppers! Also its really good with pita and pita chips, and carrots as well.
  • Its kind of hard to explain what it tastes like. Its a sort of creamy dip made of chickpeas, usually tahini sauce, olive oil, garlic, etc. I can't really explain the taste but its yummy, I love it. Give it a try and let us know what you think.
