  • Aw, Scotland! Very cool! I am 5ft4in, 135 and my goal is 115 as well.
  • Welcome! I do the same thing and add my meals in a day or 2 ahead of time to make sure my numbers are okay. :)
  • Ha! No. But, I wish I did :( I am sort of a bottomless pit as well. I noticed though that the more water I drink with a meal the less I eat, it used to be like that when I drank diet coke with my meals but I have stopped drinking soda because it makes me bloated. I tend to always clean my plate since I like to save money I…
  • K4evans, thats a great idea! I like sipping coffee because it keeps me occupied and takes a while to drink and suckers will do the same thing. I'm totally going to buy some tomorrow. Thanks!
  • Sorry, I forgot to put that :)
  • Don't be too hard on yourself, I did the same thing today but with cereal and brownies. I also binged like 5 times in the past week and a half which I haven't done in a long time. The biggest thing is when you have a slipup just get back on the wagon. If you need any support, let me know, I'm happy to help!
  • Eh, I wouldn't recommend it because since you replace your meals with shakes and lose weight as soon as you go back to eating normally you will put the weight back on. I tried slimfast and it so wasn't worth it, I was always hungry and I only lost a couple pounds. The most success with weightloss so far is just by counting…
  • I forgot to mention I am a vegan so I can't be snacking on pork rinds and beef jerky lol :) bit,one day soon I,totally want to,go cold turkey and get completely off sweets to where its only a once in a while thing. Its so hard though because my family buys cookies and cakes and brownies and all this sweet stuff. Grrr
  • Hang in there! I'm the same way. But, sometimes I just have to give in, so I will snack on almonds or cucumbers and bellpeppers with hummus which is a good way to satisfy my snacking craving but its low in calories.
  • Yes. I am young, on my own, and just started a new job and relocated to a new city and I shop on a budget. For breakfast, I get kashi cereal and almond milk, $6 thats breakfast for the week. I get romaine lettuce, cucumbers, bellpeppers etc for lunch and for dinner I'll get boca chikn patties, peas and broccoli. Almonds…

  • I totally agree with cheyenneandco, I'm the same way. My biggest problem is eating when I feel anxiety. I was travelling for work and was overwhelmed and took to food in a way that I haven't done in years. I ate over 4000 calories and almost felt sick to my stomach. It was bad :/ I have gained more self control since the…
  • Yes I'll be under my calories and still over sugar. I do make sure to get peanutbutter without sugar, although right now I am noticing my carb intake is too high. Grr
  • Hey! I'm 20. My goal is to lose 15 pounds. My biggest obstacle is the exercising, I need to become consistent and actually enjoy exercising that way I do it often. I was doing well for a month but then I stopped and haven't worked out in like 2 weeks, :/ anotherarea to work at is my sugar content is always too high, as I…
  • I'm a vegan. I am always on the go and quite busy so I don't cook a whole lot in terms of cooking things from scrath. But I jave some meal ideas/tips and if you have any questions, I can help you out. I mainly shop at Whole Foods so if there is one near you, you should definitely try there, also go on their site they have…
  • I agree and can relate, usually for me my weakness is the snacking however at the moment I am in an emotional eating phase, have been there for the past 2 days, hopefully tomorrow I can stop that. What I've learned is to be consistent, try baby steps. Be honest with yourself and after every meal log it in so you can keep…
  • Aw, thank you so much everyone for your kind words! Right now, I am not in the state to where I can think positive,...more like I want to cry! But you are right, tomorrow is a new day and I will try to make it a fresh start and be strong. I'm scared, but thank you so much!
  • I allow myself a treat every day because I have a big sweet tooth and if I dont allow myself a treat I'll go crazy. My favorite healthy chocolate snack is an ounce of dark chocolate. Its super sweet so its satisfying, but it doesn't have a lot of sugar in it-I use endangered species dark chocolate supreme 72%, I also like…
  • Your welcome, good luck!
  • Yes, I love no light no light too
  • I read in a magazine interview with Jillian Michaels and she said sometimes when you are stuck at a plateau it helps to up your calorie intake by 10% and skip a day of exercise, it throws your body for a loop by you increasing your calorie intake, sometimes your body gets too used to the routine and this may help rev up…

  • Hey, welcome! Personally I don't have a cheat day, I can't handle that I am someone that snacks out of boredom and I have a big sweet tooth. So what works for me is to have one treat a day that is under 200 calories. To get a sweet fix I'll eat an ounce of dark chocolate. I also plan my meals out a day ahead of time, I log…
