  • I just weighed at work. 221.8. That's down from 237.6...15.8 lbs lost Since January 24. WOW! I'm amazed with myself! I'm still a good bit away from my low of 211 but I'll get there!!! Next week I will get to weigh officially again. I'm kinda excited to see how I do!
