  • If you did it prior to starting your weight loss journey then I wouldn't count it. It may be just as much exercise as going for a 30 minute walk but if you've always done it then it's part of your normal routine and should already be accounted for when you set up your profile.
  • I'm doing my fit test this evening! Lost 10% of my body weight doing all cardio and MFP, but I'm ready to move on to P90X.
  • I believe the basic guideline is for every 500 calorie deficit per day, you will lose 1 pound per week. Whether that deficit comes from exercise or reduced calorie intake is up to you.
  • Cherry tomatoes (still some sugars but not bad), but honestly, out of all the people I know who are overweight, I don't know one who got that way from eating too much fruit.

  • For me, empty carbs = empty stomach. If I eat more protein and fat for breakfast, I stay satisfied for a good 3 to 4 hours. My breakfast is typically something like 2 egg whites and one whole egg scrambled in 1/2 tbsp of real butter. Add 1/2 ounce of real Tillamook medium cheddar cheese on top and that will hold me easily…
