If you did it prior to starting your weight loss journey then I wouldn't count it. It may be just as much exercise as going for a 30 minute walk but if you've always done it then it's part of your normal routine and should already be accounted for when you set up your profile.

I'm doing my fit test this evening! Lost 10% of my body weight doing all cardio and MFP, but I'm ready to move on to P90X.

I believe the basic guideline is for every 500 calorie deficit per day, you will lose 1 pound per week. Whether that deficit comes from exercise or reduced calorie intake is up to you.

Cherry tomatoes (still some sugars but not bad), but honestly, out of all the people I know who are overweight, I don't know one who got that way from eating too much fruit.

For me, empty carbs = empty stomach. If I eat more protein and fat for breakfast, I stay satisfied for a good 3 to 4 hours. My breakfast is typically something like 2 egg whites and one whole egg scrambled in 1/2 tbsp of real butter. Add 1/2 ounce of real Tillamook medium cheddar cheese on top and that will hold me easily…
