Mine has been quite accurate. I looked at your exercise log.... are you maintaining a 3.5 mile pace for almost three hours a day?

The very first time I quit all soda cold turkey- lost 15 pounds doing only that. Now I have a diet soda at lunch and maaaybe one with dinner. Pick ONE very small thing and just do it!
