I hope that Obama taking this stand on gay marriage is the worst decision he has ever made for himself!! Maybe this is our ticket to get rid of him! I hope there is still enough conservatives to vote him out!

I have a 21 day challenge at work, we were given pedometers and who ever averages the most steps per day will win some prizes. So I have been getting in 8,000 to 11,000 steps per day. Boy that helps the calorie burn. Grandkids on the weekend helped me to get lots of steps in.

Don't beat yourself up, we have all done it!!!! Sounds like you have picked yourself up and are ready to get serious again about weight loss. My advice, get some friends, open up your diary so that you are accountable and try to get some kind of exercise each day.

I love shrimp, chicken or beef stirfry. A whole bag of frozen stirfry veggies is perfect for 2 servings. Most grocery stores have several different varieties of vegetables. Add the amount of meat you want and I like to buy a variety of stirfry sauces so I don't get tired of them.

I have my best days when I get up early and do a kettlebell workout or on the treadmill. I have been drinking ice water all day and it helps me to drink more than room temperature water. Yes, I love EWTN and when I have a day off at home I have it on. I was home yesterday and today do to soreness after a car accident with a deer. Today I am watching the liturgy of our Lords crucifixion from St. Peter's Basilica. I love Divine Mercy....St. Faustina is my patron saint!
