  • I hear you, I am there myself. Right now I joined the "Eat more, weigh less" group here. I am trying to reset my metabolism. I think the body just gets so used to what we are doing, what we are eating, how much exercise we are doing, it needs a change. I have upped my calories a lot and have not gained. I see you are…
  • The calculators are confusing, but you should not be eating less than your BMR. You burn that many calories sleeping. If you stick to that you will be eating at a deficit with the activity that you do each day. I agree with several others, that you don't seem to need to loose weight. Be careful not to go into starvation…
  • You look great! Just keep doing what you are doing and see where it takes you. At some point you will stop loosing with the amount of calories you are eating now, and then that may be where you should be.

  • I have to eat out often. If I do subway, I like the turkey salad with fat free sweet onion dressing. Salads at any restaruant will do . IHOP has menu items under 500 calories, Applebees has menu items under 600 calories. If the restaurant does not have low calories, I go with low carb and that helps.
  • Cut back on sodium for sure. Also cut back on your carbs. When you eat carbs make sure they are low glycemic. Oatmeal will digest slow and keep you from spking blood sugar levels. Watch the sugar in fruits, some fruits are really high in sugar like pineapple, berries are better when you have a choice like black berries or…

  • Hello everyone, I am trying the "Eat more, 2 weigh less". I upped my calories almost a week now, while keeping my net carbs around 100 and have not gained, in fact I lost a pound. It is so great to eat more. I am eating about 1800 calories now instead of 1300-1500! Eating all those exercise calories does help.
  • You need to eat more for a while and boost up your metabolism again. You are at a plateau because your body is used to the amount of calories your are eating. Actually yo yoing your calories and exercise is good. Eat 1200 one day, 1600 the next and make sure you have a cheat day each week and eat more to boost up that…

  • Your nutritionalist is right! Snacks can be 100 calories such as nuts, fruits etc. On days I work, I eat breakfast, pack a snack in my lunch box for morning and afternoon and my lunch. I have everything in my lunch box I need until supper. I do like to leave a lot of calories for supper, but do stop eating 2 hours before…
  • It is good to have a cheat day, with more calories than normal. It will boost your metabolism! If you eat the same amount of calories for a long period of time, your body will get used to it and it will be hard to loose. Just do a littel more exercise the next day. Yo yo your calories and exercise, keep your body…
  • I am trying it! This is my second day! Time will tell!
