Had a friend that had it done. Continued to eat her normal foods. (hotdogs, ice cream etc ) just in smaller portions. Did not change her lifestyle. Did lose the weight initially but after 2 years of not changing her habits, gained it back. Good luck in your final decision.

take a walk as soon as u get home from school. I work til 4 and always walk after work and I take the dog. Makes me feel a LOT better.

I think you should be at least walking daily. Just start with 15 minutes. My dog helps me to want to walk, even when its only 20 degrees out.

I have gone to 3 different websites for BMR, put in the EXACT SAME information and got 3 DIFFERENT answers. Take an average.Cut back 500 calories a day with cutting back foor and exercising. That should be 1 pound per week.

It looks like you are not eating enough to me also. Snack on healthy foods every 2 hours. Drink water.
