I love them. I eat the whole grain frosted strawberry flavored ! One poptart and a glass of water is so satisfying. I dont know why? Its not like they are high protein.... :)

Approx. 100 calories per mile. When she does those mini jogs, ( I forget what she calls them), they are suppose to be approx. 125 calories per mile. To be more accurate, take a look at her website. There is a formula on there to give you a more accurate calculation based on your weight and a few other factors. I use alot…

You can also try Leslie Sansone videos. They are walk at home program (DVD). They are great to for walking 1,2,3, or 4 miles. your local library might have copies. Good luck to you ! :happy:

I weigh at home and at work every Monday using the elctronic scales that we use on patients. I record the weight from the scale at work.
