the facebook page would be cool. I have tried c25k but always get bored after a few days. i get distracted usually or into my music and end up running the whole time. maybe i should give it another shot and see if it gets any better after day 3 which is where i normally stop.

finished day 1 on level 2. did 45 today based on their plan and didn't wait the full 60 sec between I waited less.

Tomorrow is day 1 for me and i know i will be doing it monday-friday while kids r not here. might try saturday if I can banish everyone from the house long enough. lol Sundays will be a no go as its family day after church

made it to 18 and am starting on level 3 i have to do girlie ones though but thats an improvement as I used to have to do wall push ups. Apparently my wrists r starting to get stronger. yay

Another 6.6 miles. I am now 1 tenth of a mile past Stock Road. yay only another 443.4 miles to Rivendell then onto the next leg. lol If I don't pick up my pace its going to take me another 122 days.

u r doing a great job at least ur going which is the important thing. that sucks about ur ipod, i have an app on mine but don't like it as a pedometer cause it only seems to read at chest level and well having it there all day would bug me, shorter runs and walks I can deal with but not long term. lol
