Has anyone accomplished their goals at home without any special equipment? All I have r dvds and some resistance bands and free weights. Looking to see if anyone has completed or how far u could get in ur journey that way when gyms and buying machines isn't possible.

? on Protien shakes
anyone else get gas after drinking them? I use skim milk and 1 scoop and it seems to cause gas for about an hour and my stomach feels funny for about an hour. anyone else have this issue or is this normal?

someone please help me understand this
my weight went down 4.2 pounds however according to the scale body fat percent went up 22.2%. chest measurements stayed the same, waist went up 2 inches and hips went down 1/2 an inch. how is this right?

how to classify this in exercise diary???
. i need some help classifying a workout dvd. it has walking, jogging, squats, lunges, side steps, grapevines, knee lifts, kicks, and several arm and back moves. would i list it as areobics or circuit training?
