Since I started this journey I have found that I have to have something for breakfast weather its food or a protien shake. I missed it yesterday and didn't eat til after noon and it messed up my whole day. Not eating making me sluggish, tired, cranky and all around miserable for the day. Will not go again without something…

most of mine has been doing Leslie Sansones walking dvds and i have thrown in a little wii and a few jm dvds but mainly different Leslie dvds. that and food

watermelon, apple, blueberry, and pear seem to be where i have been lately. saved the pic and put on my facebook so i can look at it and remind me of what i dont want to feel anymore

i love being barefoot. people think i am crazy because i do my workouts from home using dvds and i am barefoot the entire time. i actually feel weird if i wear shoes to do the workouts.

MY hubby has a pair of them and loves them. he doesn't run in them though but had back surgery and walking around in them is easier on his back and legs. However we live near a Marine base and a lot of the guys seem to do P.T. in them which includes running and from those hubby talked to about them they loved them.

i tend to make a list of what i need to do that day thats broken down into hour segments and i block of 2 hours to workout. if i don't things don't get done and workouts get skipped. also if my youngest doesn't follow me to the potty i try to do 100 crunches each time.

my mom got the bowl forms and gave them to me. thinking of trying egg roll wrappers and doing an asian inspired meal in it.

Stay at home mom of 4 kids. I just deal with kids ranging from 21 months to 11 yrs. I just clean house, do the shopping, and take them to appointments as needed. Would be nice to have a job from home but I don't. lol

i have lost 33 pounds by watching my food and doing workouts at home including wii fit plus, leslie sansone walking dvds, occasional Jillian Micheals dvds and some basic strength using hand weights and body weight. also i walk in the neighborhood sometimes when i can get away without the 4 kids.

ok so i just used calipers and it says 37% body fat. which is 10 % less than last sunday which would make more sense with losing some weight. thanks guys.

if i am hungry i usually have some cashews however most days i am not hungry and i just let them go. i can't bring myself to eat if i am not hungry or i fall into old habits of just eating to eat
