  • I've read Tosca Renos clean eating book and I got so much good info and I've made a bunch of diet changes. I definitely don't eat completely clean but I usually have one or two clean meals each day. And I've found clean dinner recipes the whole family loves.
  • I work out at the gym and run occasionally. I've done 30 day shred before and loved it! I had to mix other stuff in with it though cause it got monotonous.

  • Awesome tips! I'm on the lookout for healthy substitutes for my comfort foods. I'm a huge popcorn fan. I need to find some healthy popcorn!
