Can relate. Almost all those are a weakness for me, especially candy! Maybe try cutting one out a week. All at once sounds hard.

You need to make choices you can stick with long term. I have a cheat day, I just stay within my calories and might have one or maybe two cheat meals. :-)

I like to jump rope. Burns a ton calories.
