I began on 1200 cals, but because I exercised everyday I always ate more than 1200- by eating back the extra I got. Because I wanted to eat more, I was forced to get off the couch lol. Thanks everyone :) Ry, I mix it up between hip hop abs, ripped in 30, 30 day shred, random other workouts I find online, zumba and running. Oh and walking the dog. I make sure I do a little something everyday, at least 30 mins of moving :)

Yes keep going, one day at a time! I found pics and measuring was the best way to track progress when I began, as the scales didn't move a lot to begin with and I got disheartened, but when I saw that cms had come off and I was changing shape, it kept me going :) Thanks everyone :)

Thank you. I think if I had of just dieted without so much exercise focussing on that area (hip hop abs etc) then it would be a lot saggier maybe...I have gone hard core on the lower ab area, and no matter what I do I add atleast 5 more mins on the end for all types of different crunch type exercises :)

MINIMUM 30 mins high intensity DAILY. If it's only 30 mins you have no excuse not to do it....that's how I did it! And drink water
