Is the 10-15 mins extra ab workout benefiting me?
I do a workout in the morning, today was 30 mins of level 3 30 Day Shred, plus I pause just before cool down and do some extra planks, crunches, reverse crunches for a few mins. Hardest place to move fat from?
For me, it has to be lower tummy and hips. Even before I had my 3 boys I had a wee pot belly, so I always knew it was gonna be a tough one. Gives me a good place to focus on tho. Where is your trouble area?
