Since joining MFP I read that lots of people add Peanut butter to lots of things LOL. Here in NZ it's only really used as a sandwich spread. What benefits does it have? Tks

It's yummy, that's one!
I have it with carrot sticks or apple pieces to keep me fuller for longer, and make it more of a "meal" if I'm having it for breakfast.0 -
I think it is an US thing .....they seem to like peanut butter with just about anything.0
