Don't do it! It isn't necessary and it will hinder you, don't waste your hard work...fuel your workouts! Think about nourishment as opposed to cutting down on calories, if you want to lose faster - eat better food, but not less of it! :)

I recommend searching Butt Bible on youtube. There are 3 levels for upper body, and 3 for lower, so you can progress when you are ready. Altho it is called butt bible they are full body workouts, in 20, 30 or 40 mins. So great if time is an issue ( I do this whe my baby sleeps) all you need are hand weights. Enjoy!

I am an A cup, that once was a C. So after 3 kids and bfing plus losing weight, they are deflated. So I need support, padding and lift perhaps? I am sick of being flattened and looking boyish. It's not an easy task to find the right bra aye? Lol

I only ever weigh on a morning when i have shat. Now I am wondering if I am actually half a pound lighter than I think and all this time I have only thought it would be less post poo.

I eat back my exercise cals, I like to eat so I set my cals at 1200 in order to make me workout out in order to be able to eat more than that lol. Works for me, no excuse not to work hard if I want my chocolate. You will still lose this way.

Each to their own, depends on body type etc... I think it is awesome to have goals to work towards, but I don't think (IMO) that working towards a gap in between the thighs is a particularly positive one. It's a gap, a negative space, a nothing.
