  • First off id say since you are new.. measure yourself. my scale moves super slow BUT even weeks it doesnt move i see change in the mirror or on my tape measure :-)
  • i drink AT LEAST 96 oz a day of plain water :-) helps me feel full and makes my face clearer

  • You should check out the eat more weigh less group. Mfp gave me WAY lo little Cal's. I was tired and grumpy all of the time :-) Anywho its an awesome. Group and u are able to cutomise. Things more to you than mfp and their cookie cutter settings :-)
  • Lol if I weigh before a shower then after I easily have two plus pounds added :-) I weigh on the morning before eating or drinking much (I have to drink something in the morning lol my body craves the water) I try not to drink much and weigh after using the restroom and before getting dressed :-)
  • Love it. When I drink. 90 plus ounces a day I am way less bloated... I crave less junk and lose weight more consistantly.

  • My nonstick pan is awesome (and it was cheap) I just out the egg in and it doesn't stock at all coming out :-) lately though I have really taken to poaching. I just use water. Some say to use vinegar but it seems to not make a difference for me :-)

  • I personally will always have a tankini. i think only my hubby should see me in a "bra and underwear" style attire. lol even if i had a body to win a bikini competition i wouldnt be in one. thats just me though. :-) do what you feel comfortable with

  • welcome to the club! so much nicer isnt it? im sure my husband enjoys me not being half as grumpy as i was on 1200 cals. :-) even when the scale doesnt move as fast i lose inches a lot better too!
