30 day shred, how many cals do you eat?
I haven't found any info on how many cals a day is recommended while doing 30 day shred. Anyone know where to find this? Does she say to eat back exercise cals?! If you don't know what she says, what did you do? What were your results?!

How did you figure your cals to lose?
Ever since I started messing with my caloriesmy weight loss stoppled ( and even went bsck up a bit) how did u guys figure your caks? I do ripled in 30 or 30 ds 5 times a week... Can someone help me figure out,my cals? (before breastfeeding)

What do you do with/for your sagging belly?!
I have lost some weight last year (not even much about 12 lbs) and already have a pretty saggy looking belly. Wondering if anyone has had this and what you do to help with it. I hear exfoliation.. and lotion... but anything specific?! :-) Thanks and good luck to all!

Yoga swings and omni gym
Just wondering if anyone has any input on yoga swings... Are they good? Or a waste of money?! ANY input you have on them I would appreciate (and if u could tell me the brand you are talking about) I'm looking into the omnigym as well as a possibility so if you have any experience with it let me know!

Just curious those that have a HRM what level of 30DS are you on?! How many cals do you burn? Do you include the cooldown? Anybody compare 30ds vs ripped in 30?

How did everybody do?
I didn't make it to 15 lbs but I did lose inches so can't complain! Lol also seeing muscle build up... Especially in my legs. :-) dropped at least one size.. Maybe two not sure since I have no pants that size to check lol Anywho hope everyone has an awesome memorial weekend!!

What if 20% under Tdee is under my bmr?
Maybe I need to find better calculators? i put in sedentarty and lightly active (for days a do a little workout) for right now until my son recovers from his surgery a little more the calculators i am finding put me at 1962/2248 cals (sedentary/lightly active) If i eat 20% under sedentary on days I dont workout that puts…

Excercise in morning, eat first or not?!
Just wondering what people have read on this, if you work out in the morning and is it best to eat before or workout on and empty stomach?! BEST food replacement for protein shakes
I am nursing so I am not really supposed to have the protein shakes... What is another good thing to have after a workout?! Something that would give me similar protein/carbs etc is preferable. If you can tell me what each thing in the snack/meal is good for I would REALLY appreciate it. :-)
