Maybe I need to find better calculators? i put in sedentarty and lightly active (for days a do a little workout) for right now until my son recovers from his surgery a little more
the calculators i am finding put me at 1962/2248 cals (sedentary/lightly active)
If i eat 20% under sedentary on days I dont workout that puts me below what I am told my BMR is (1595ish) not by much though.. so maybe its not a big deal? I just dont want to lose muscle and not so much fat.
I am 24, 5'5" and am 186.2 right now any help or info/advice is great! :-)
