I am on day four if my 30 DS (5 if I count Monday last week but got really really sick so restarted over the weekend)
I'm still doing level one because I find it hard while doing it BUT I'm not getting stiff like before. I am squatting as low as possible and everything but the past two days I just don't feel stiff at all! Is this normal?! Should I go up even if I level one is still hard while doing it?! I only take a few breaks (for water) and it's a few seconds a piece so I'm lost!

You should be finding it easier and less sore on the muscles. If you feel ready tomove up then try it. I found sticking to 10 days per level worked for me.0

I guess im just confused because it still feels like im getting a workout while im doing it but afterwards it feels like i havent gotten a workout.. make sense?0
