I made a spreadsheet if anyone is interested. I think it will keep me more accountable. It has weekly weigh ins on mondays (i will be weighing tomorrow since i just thought of this today. Anyone that wants to add their info is welcome to :-)

yep! i had to put that i weighed more this week :-( im hoping that is just water weight since i started working out AND drinking more water again lol i guess i will see in the next week or two! having these keeps me more accountable for some reason0
