hello, Free weights are one of the best ways to get fit as they challenge you a lot more than machines. Concentrate on exercises that use a few large muscle groups such as squats and lunges, and then do the smaller groups (biceps etc) last. Looks like you have a good routine planned. Make sure you do lots of back exercises…
