  • You've already got a built in deficit of calories to lose weight, If you only went over by 260 calories I wouldn't worry about it too much. Do a little exercise for it tomorrow but don't eat those exercise calories...The upside is you are now armed with this information and probably won't make the same mistake next time…
  • I found just a generic dressing in the database and used that as a guide, it said 140 calories for 2 tbsps, but I don't even know if that sounds like enough?:ohwell:
