Same problem here too!! 5'4 147lbs. Cant seem to lose any weight. Doing 30 Day Shred, but have not seen any results. I'm on L3D3. Boiled eggs are easy and portable. Oatmeal with almonds and blueberries. Canadian bacon with egg on a slice of whole wheat toast I also make a breakfast burrito with fajita sized flour tortilla, one laughing cow cheese wedge and two scrambled eggs. Always with a glass of skim milk. .

I dont know about "vanity size" but I bought a pair of "sweetheart" jeans at Old Navy in a size 8. Went back a couple of days later to get a different wash. I had to purchase a size 10 in the same "sweetheart" jeans but in a lighter wash. Good figure!!

I think you should just avoid the same things we do at home. Cream sauces, fried foods, fatty meats, etc. Opt for grilled chicken, salad with light dressings or none at all. Okay, then what about milk? I posted this in nutrition but didnt get much of a response. I am always over on sugar but because of my milk intake. A glass of skim milk has 12g of sugar and I am allowed 24. Do I need to cut down on my milk or ignore the sugar?
