I guess I'm dumb because I cant figure out how to use it. Went to your links but it just talks about it with no way to use the tracker. Went to "Wolfram Alpha" and cant fingure it out there either.

I dont drink soda at all. I have a very occasional emergency Dr. Pepper, but you all are making me wanna drink!! LOL!!! All of those drinks sound so yummy......diet cherry coke, diet mt dew.....

Sounds great!! I have the same problem finding things to make that are still low cal/fat.

I think we are allergic to so many things and we dont know it. Once we cut out certain things and we feel better and act better you can really see how food affects our bodies and mind.

Tomorrow is my last day of week three. I took off a week when I went on vacation beginning of Oct. so I just started over when I got back. Feeling good but have not seen any real weight loss. My legs are like rock though!

Ham (3 slices) on Nature's Own Double Fiber Wheat bread with spinach and mustard. And baby carrots and raw broccoli with light ranch salad dressing.

I dont like buffets because I cant take home my leftovers!! I so enjoy putting half my dish into a to go bag so I can have lunch the next day. It really ends up being MUCH cheaper than a buffet anyway!

The program is in three phases that you do for 10 days. First phase is easier and it gets harder. I didnt like it. It was only 20 minutes...25 if you count the warmup and cool down. That was great as far as time, but I didnt see any real results. I know a lot of people say they lost inches and such, but that wasnt the case…

Measuring my waist and hips gives the illusion I am thinner than I am. All my fat is in my belly but above my hips and below my waist.

I find somedays I am over on somethings but then under on the same things other days. For exmple, yesterday I was under in protein but today I'm gonna be over. I think it is a balance. If within a week you are even then I dont think it matters as much.

I dont have the chin up bar either. I use the bands, but so far I have only seen it on one of the videos. I say go for it and do chest press or push-ups in place of the bar. And maybe go to a playground to try and do them when you get a chance.

AMEN!!! it really bugs me when people blame McDonald's (or whomever) because they are overweight and eat unhealthy. Do not go to McDonald's. McDonald's use to be a treat and we ate the fries!! I did the Kenpo DVD today and tomorrow will be X Strech to end week one. I have lost 1 pound thus far. I am not following the eating plan though. I'm staying within my calories. Day two! I'm doing the Lean program so Cardio was today. LOVED it!! Before I knew it I was sweating like crazy! Got Zumba tonight....how will I ever eat that many calories!! LOL!!!

That seems like a lot for cereal. I love my Life Cereal and it has 6g of sugar. When you add milk the sugar goes up too....12g in a cup of skim milk.

Okay! I'm on board! Got my P90X yesterday and did the workout to see if I can do it. Did it! And then did half of the plyometrics with no problem....sweaty, but I could do it!

You can get the shots and drops online with no doctor prescription. This is a HORRIBLE idea for a breast feeding woman. Her body needs waaaaaayyyy for than 500 just to produce milk....she may end up losing her milk. Plus the hormone will be in her milk and her baby is gonna drink it....not smart!

I'd rather look at a package, see 1 servings and it read 460 calories rather than 2.5 servings at 184 calories a piece and have to take my phone out to count carories.
