OMG you look a totally different person. Congrats. I also joined MFP late Sept. this year and I have lost just 19 lbs so far :(

take prunes. They do the job. I once ate 10 of those in one sitting and went to the bathroom 3 times in one night. I should have taken them during the day...:grumble:

Yes, I do this all the time. I first weigh my food then log it then eat.. Yes it seems a lot of work but it is all paying off little by little. :smile:

My end weight is not 153.2. Its 162 lbs. I never posted my final weight before this. I guess this was some error. I congratulate all those who got 100% points. keep up the good work. 11/2 1. Water-- 9 cups 2. Ate Calories--No. 14 left :( 3.Exercised -- did 30 mins walk at slow pace. 4.Ate exercised calories-- no :) I only burnt 92 cal. from my walk today and I wanted to be on safe side so I left those plus 14 from my food spare. I am sad I wont be getting 100% points now for this challenge. :sad:

11/1/11 1.Water-- Done (9-8oz glasses) 2.Calories ate-- Done 3.Exercised 30 Min (w/j/r)-- I did 40 minutes of walk / jog and this was my C25K program. 267 cals burnt and 2.25 miles covered. 4.Eat Exercised calories-- yes except some sweet dreams:smile:
