yes it does as you retain water. dont weigh your self so often .Its a bigger suprise when you find you have lost weight after say a week . weight also fluctuates throughout the day so weigh yourself first thing in the morning :-)

HI , try sitting in a chair and sit on on of your hands .gently stretch neck in opposite direction. repeat other side . Also do same but look behind you gently pushing head round a little more . Both these exercises stretch your trapeza muscles which go up your neck

me too :-) havent worn them for a couple of years now . Ive only got one son and he is 23 so I have no excuse really for being this way .just lazy with bad habits I need to get out of

you wouldnt be able to start a car without food but you expect your body to work without fuel ? If you skip breakfast your more likely to eat more next time you eat. If your hungry after 2 hours after having breakfast have a snack or some water. Good luck with weight loss :-)
