thank you all. I feel like i'm taking better care of my self than i ever have. I think in the past my self esteem effected how i took care of my body, but know i feel GREAT!!

i usually eat a bowl of fruit with walnuts in the morning. The protein keeps me full and the sugar keeps me energized during my workout. Then i usually have a veggie burger which is packed with protein. I add loads of tomato, lettuce etc on top. If i get hungry between meals i throw in a salad and drink loads of water.…

you body inst meant to take in anything but water. Putting other stuff in it like crystal light or whatever alters who we are genetically and what we have done for thousands of years. Enjoying something occasionally is so much different than drinking it everyday.
