I have been on MFP for nearly a year. I weighed 248 and I'm 5'1. I now weigh 164 I was the girl that thought I could never lose weight.I did! And I have about thirty left to lose. I have lost about 60 pounds since i have started mfp. I don't diet, just eat right. I work out about six days a week too. I weighed about 242 now I weigh 186. My goal is 170. i just made a forum but didn't add a recent picture. I couldn't believe how much I had changed until i took a look at myself this morning. I'm glad i never gave up through the sweat and the pain. Excuse my sweatiness, i just got done working out in both pictures.
Its been about three and a half months but this is a big accomplishment. I used to weigh 270 before mfp, and when I started I weighed 250. Now I am down to 210 and going down. so happy and feel so good about myself. :)

should you eat if your not hungry? I get busy sometimes and grab something late in the morning and dont get hungry until dinner. My medicine may be to blame but should you force yourself?
