I love how your main form of exercise is walking. I am paranoid about lifting but do some light lifting while I walk. You have great results. Have you have kids? C-sections? Let me know how you've done this!!

I ate cleaner, drank water and eat only turkey and chicken meat wise. I work out as much as I can. I also EAT protein and lots of it and limit refined anything (sugar, carbs, etc) I made sure what went out was greater than what went in.:) I also love hiking so that helped a lot. It cant be. That's all I do and I've lost 73 pounds in 7 1/2 months. Please don't listen to the media, Dr. Oz or this crazy diet advice people put out there. They do not have your body. Your body is the ONLY thing you should be listening to.

im down to a sixteen maybe a tight 14. im 5'3 lost 60 pds.Ive lost 7 more pounds since this last picture. :)

it took me about five months. and i just ate healthier, cut out junk, drank tons of water and stopped going out to eat. good luck on your weight loss! :)

What works for me is to take your time, it isn't a race. Eat well and walk and cycle.Make a goal that is reasonable and one you can reach. Just research everything you eat and fuel your body with better "fuel". I would get really upset when my goal was coming up and i was two pounds higher than what I should have been. I…
