eating when your not hungry

should you eat if your not hungry? I get busy sometimes and grab something late in the morning and dont get hungry until dinner. My medicine may be to blame but should you force yourself?

I am no expert but I would say you should eat something every 2 to 4 hours or you will mess up your metabolism. Especially if you are trying to fix it. My nutrinionalist and Dr. both say the longest I should go without eating during the day is 4 hours.0

i would say eat every 3 hours max 4. at least a protein and a veggie. eat fruits too. or at least 3 meals (small and 2 snacks)0
